Find Prescription Drug Coverage and Programs
CVS Caremark will continue to administer Delta’s prescription drug benefits. As part of your prescription drug benefits, you have many ways to save.
Rx SAVINGS SOLUTIONS
Rx Savings Solutions provides price transparency and guidance that can help you save. It starts with a review of your claims to find the best options for you. If you sign up for Rx Savings Solutions, you will receive automatic notifications via text, email or direct mail. Rx Savings Solutions can also help you get provider approvals or transfer your prescription to a new pharmacy.
There is no action you need to take. If your medication is eligible for savings, Rx Savings Solution will contact you.
RxSAVINGSPLUS
RxSavingsPlus offers you a way to save on medications that aren’t covered by your prescription drug benefits. You can get discounts of up to 80% on generics and up to 40% on brand name medications.
Just show your medical ID card at one of more than 65,000 pharmacies in the CVS Caremark Discount Network and any available discount will be automatically applied.
CVS COST SAVER
Before you meet your annual deductible, the CVS Cost Saver program provides savings on certain non-specialty generic drugs that treat common conditions. The Drug Cost Estimator on mydelta.health automatically shows the lower CVS Cost Saver program’s price, if available.
There is no additional action you need to take — any savings will automatically apply when you pick up your prescription at the network pharmacy.
PRUDENTRx
PrudentRx will be extended to the Gold and Silver HSA medical options (previously only available with the Copay Option). PrudentRx may help reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket costs for eligible specialty medications.
- PrudentRx works differently based on the medical option you select.
- Only certain specialty drugs will qualify.
- For Gold and Silver HSA participants, you will pay the full discounted cost of the medication until you meet your deductible.
- If you choose not to participate, you will have higher out-of-pocket costs.
- PrudentRx will work with you and the drug manufacturers to obtain manufacturer copay card assistance.
If you take specialty medications, it’s important to compare your options and learn more about PrudentRx. Please see details in the Summary Plan Description (SPD) on the OE HQ or call Quantum Health at 877-912-1820.
If you take a specialty medication included in the PrudentRx program, you will receive a welcome letter from PrudentRx outlining the program and steps you need to take to participate.
