Quantum Health is your one-stop shop

Quantum Health is the first point of contact for all your benefit needs.

Their Care Coordinators can provide an explanation of your benefits and treatment options, and answer your questions about claims, in‑network resources, and more.

• UMR, a UnitedHealthcare (UHC) company, administers our medical options, which means they handle claims and billing. All of the Delta medical options use a UnitedHealthcare (UHC) network of providers.
• CVS Caremark is our pharmacy benefit manager, who manages Delta’s prescription drug benefits, including negotiating with pharmacies and drug manufacturers to offer discounted rates.
  

You won’t need to contact UMR, UHC or CVS directly, but it’s good to be familiar with these names. When your doctor asks for your insurance provider, you should tell them UMR.
